A more thoughtful approach to service, execution, and detail.
Natalie de Guardiola is a Buckhead native with a background in business, marketing, and over a decade of experience in real estate. Known for a highly organized and detail-driven approach, her work is grounded in structure, discretion, and the ability to manage complex moving pieces seamlessly.
Her experience includes managing a commercial real estate portfolio exceeding $850 million, as well as overseeing due diligence and dispositions for stabilized assets totaling over $300 million. She is currently in residential real estate with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, where she continues to work closely with clients across Atlanta.
Her background spans marketing strategy, asset positioning, and client-facing execution, supported by a deep network and a strong understanding of both the market and the people within it.
A graduate of the University of Alabama and Kappa Delta alumna, Natalie remains actively involved in both professional and philanthropic communities. She serves on the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, where she is Chair of the Community Service Board, and is also a member of the Women Shaping Shepherd Board.
Her philanthropic involvement includes the Shepherd Center, Chastain Horse Park’s therapeutic riding program, and support of organizations such as Andee’s Army.
Raised around large-scale private events, philanthropic functions, and highly curated gatherings, Natalie developed an early understanding of both the standard and the expectation behind them. This foundation, combined with her professional background, allows her to anticipate needs, manage details proactively, and execute in a way that feels seamless to the client.
N&Co. was built to offer a more thoughtful, elevated level of support — handling every detail behind the scenes so clients can simply step into moments that are fully considered and effortlessly executed.
Her work is private, referral-based, and intentionally limited.
